About Me
My story is not unique.
But the way it changed me might feel familiar.
A Journey of Change,
Courage, and Becoming
For much of my life, I did what many women do:
I cared deeply for others, worked hard, stayed responsible,
and kept moving forward.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I had become
disconnected from parts of myself.
Then life invited me into a deeper transformation.
After navigating personal challenges and a
breast cancer journey, I began asking bigger questions:
What truly matters now? What kind of life do I want
moving forward? Who am I becoming in this next chapter?
What I discovered was this:
So many women quietly carry the same questions.
That realization became the foundation for
Becoming Again.
What I Believe
Transformation doesn’t come from pressure,
perfection, or fixing ourselves.
It comes from:
- Honest reflection
- Compassionate support
- Meaningful connection
- Nervous system safety
- Self-trust and intention
- Courage to create change
What I Value
Authenticity
over performance
Presence
over perfection
Compassion
over criticism
Meaning
over achievement
Wholeness
over hustle
Connection
over isolation
I don’t believe it’s ever too late to create a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and true.
Sometimes the most powerful chapter begins after the life we thought we were supposed to live.
And sometimes we are not starting over at all. We are becoming again.
